Because our thin film coatings have many different areas of application. We can only provide a limited warranty if they are used by one of our certified installers and in projects. Our certified installers can determine the warranty period that covers the buyer for the installation costs. The warranty code is provided by NANO-CERAMIC® to the installer which covers the buyer for the products used.

The warranty only applies to discoloration, peeling, cracking or delamination. All claims caused by cleaning chemicals other than our SHRE Pure Shine Shampoo will be rejected. The warranty is only valid if registered by one of our approved installers via our E-Warranty Registration Form on our website. You will receive a copy of this at your email address.

Please note that the product will adhere to the surface for the stated duration, but if the substrate fails, NANO-CERAMIC® cannot take responsibility for the product’s warranty, which will void the warranty.

Please note that any damage caused by friction that can cut through the coating will void the expected lifespan. The warranty period is based on the use of correct coating products, surface preparation and application by a NANO-CERAMIC® certified applicator. In addition, maintenance products need to be used according to the instructions.
